Here’s the Impact You’ll Make and What We’ll Accomplish Together Our medical office is at the heart of our transactions and our patient/client relationships. You will regularly interact with our clients using a variety of approaches and tools available to you. You will provide clients with information regarding the status of their appointments, documents or information they need to provide, our business processes, and more. You will liaise with our service providers to ensure that medical results are received in order to finalize files within the required deadlines. You will also work closely with and communicate with internal and external colleagues, as well as physicians, to ensure the completion of our medical files. Here’s How Welcome clients professionally and courteously at the reception desk Answer incoming internal calls Provide candidates with various forms to complete prior to meeting with healthcare professionals and ensure that all forms are properly completed before authorizing their departure Work closely with the coordinator to ensure smooth operations and adherence to appointment schedules Communicate and collaborate with various internal departments to optimize processes and service delivery Prepare patient files according to established protocols and based on appointments scheduled with physicians and nurses Scan patient files into our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system Qualifications You Have High school diploma 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position or in an office environment Bilingual proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and strong computer skills Detail-oriented, thorough, methodical, and attentive to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently A strong commitment to excellence in customer service Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team Assets Training in secretarial studies or medical administration Experience in a medical environment Intermediate English proficiency is required, as you will regularly be required to interact in English with external parties (e.g., clients, service providers, or external partners); communicate in English with internal parties (e.g., colleagues or stakeholders); and work in an English-language computer environment as part of the duties associated with this position, which has a national scope.

Requirements
