Description Required knowledge, skills and abilities Communication and Interpersonal Skills Bilingualism required (French, English) Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Ability to empathize to identify client needs and adapt to diverse client bases Positively manage change with clinic users Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and various stakeholders to achieve common goals Business Analysis and Healthcare Expertise In-depth knowledge of clinic work streams and consulting approach capability Strong analytical mind, ability to synthesize, and decision-making skills Excellent complex problem-solving ability Qualifications Training and Pedagogy Expertise Ability to write clear, concise and effective training Docs Proficiency in technological tools for the design and delivery of virtual training Ability to design learning paths and evaluate knowledge transfer Organization and Work Mode (Remote Work) Strong autonomy, personal discipline, and ability to work without direct supervision Proficiency in virtual collaboration and remote project management tools (e.g., Google Meet, Webex) Ability to manage changing priorities with great attention to detail Excellent time management and adherence to deadlines in a decentralized environment Tools and Training Advanced proficiency in office and modeling tools (creation of work stream diagrams, technical Docs) University degree in a related field or equivalent experience Knowledge of Salesforce, Inspire planner, Google Suite and other platforms Great-to-haves Experience in nursing, healthcare management or project management Certification or concrete experience in instructional design Experience with healthcare software applications and use of a certified EMR Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will occasionally interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
