Description Location: Suite 505 - 750 West Broadway, Vancouver BC Canada V5Z 1H4 (Please note that this is an in-person clinic position. Remote work is not available for this role.) Status: Full time (40 hours per week) Schedule: Monday to Friday, Clinic Hours 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Candidates must also be available for occasional Saturday shifts as required. As an accredited clinic, we specialize in personalized breast health care for women, providing advanced imaging technologies including diagnostic and screening mammography, tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, and interventional procedures. Our services extend to general ultrasound examinations and X-Ray, ensuring a wide spectrum of medical imaging needs are met under one roof. What you’ll do Manage high-volume incoming calls efficiently, ensuring prompt and professional customer service Coordinate and optimize appointment scheduling, balancing patient needs with provider availability Deliver comprehensive information about services, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the organization's offerings Maintain and update patient records with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality Implement and maintain efficient front-desk procedures, including patient reception and greeting, to enhance overall patient experience and operational effectiveness Process and track referrals, liaising effectively between patients, providers, and external healthcare facilities Handle communication flow by taking detailed messages and ensuring timely delivery to appropriate staff members Execute a wide range of administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry, to support smooth office operations Maintain strict patient confidentiality and demonstrate professional discretion when handling sensitive medical records and patient information in accordance with privacy policies and regulations Qualifications What you bring 2-3 years of experience working in a clinic setting Outstanding communication skills with a professional demeanor Dynamic and enthusiastic personality that energizes team environments Proven ability to be a motivated team player who drives results Expert at multi-tasking with strong prioritization and coordination abilities Demonstrates grace under pressure and maintains composure in fast-paced situations Diplomatic approach to handling challenging scenarios with confidence Track record of delivering exceptional customer/patient service experiences Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused mindset Experience with Accuro (not required but nice to have)
