As the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will partner closely with Service Managers to enhance profitability across all maintenance categories, implement standardized repair procedures for all trailer types, and ensure consistent operational performance across branches. You will play a key role in shaping maintenance strategy, supporting branch teams, and driving continuous improvement. Specific responsibilities include: Leadership & Relationship Building — Serve as a trusted leader who builds strong relationships with staff and customers to support sustainable business growth. Operational Support — Support branches in developing and maintaining productive teams by continuously improving processes and workflows. Productivity & Performance Management — Drive productivity and service performance through effective management of staff, workflow, parts availability, and shop efficiency. Inventory Oversight — Assist branches in maintaining optimal parts inventory levels and ensuring adherence to inventory management procedures. Employee Development — Contribute to the development and implementation of processes that measure progress in coaching mechanics, taking corrective actions when required, and documenting and rewarding performance. Industry Knowledge — Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, technology, specifications, laws, and regulations that may impact operations. Continuous Improvement — Lead initiatives aimed at improving service operations, reducing downtime, and enhancing overall maintenance effectiveness. Qualifications: 5–7+ years of experience working in a shop environment at a leadership or management level. Strong knowledge in fleet management and/or transportation. Demonstrated management experience with excellent scheduling and organizational skills. Proven ability to motivate, mentor, and foster a positive, team‑oriented work environment. Strong forward‑thinking skills, with the ability to anticipate and address future challenges and opportunities. Experience developing and implementing continuous process improvement initiatives.
