As a Red Seal Trailer Technician, you’ll perform full-scope on-site maintenance, complex diagnostics, and top-tier repairs in our Winnipeg shop. Key duties include: Using advanced diagnostic tools and hand tools to accurately isolate and resolve faults. Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and validating completed work. Logging repair details and tracking parts accurately via maintenance tablets. Reviewing manuals and staying current on emerging fleet technologies. Qualifications: Certification: Red Seal endorsement as a Licensed Trailer Mechanic, Heavy Duty Equipment Technician, or Truck and Transport Technician. Experience: Proven hands-on experience in trailer service, diagnostics, and repairs. Skills: Strong knowledge of structural, electrical, suspension, and braking systems.
