The Operations Coordinator tracks daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, and within quality standards. This role involves coordinating production schedules and monitoring inventory levels. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily production operations to ensure that production schedules are met. * Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless production flow. * Track inventory levels of materials and supplies and coordinate replenishments as needed. * Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm material availability and delivery timelines. * Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. * Monitor quality control procedures and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality. * Assist the Sales team in designing and developing new and custom products. * Participate and apply all health and safety policies and measures. * Prepare and present regular production reports to management. Qualifications: * Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control. * Proficiency in software tools such as ERPs, SolidWorks, CAD design, etc. * Worked in an “Industry 4.0” environment (an asset). * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * Strong capacity to ‘think outside the box’. * Proficient in English and French, both in speaking and writing.
