We are seeking a Paid Media Coordinator to support the execution and optimization of paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. In this role, you will help drive profitable online growth by assisting with campaign management, performance analysis, conversion tracking, and ongoing optimization initiatives. Working closely with marketing, SEO, and web teams, you will contribute to creating effective customer journeys and maximizing return on advertising spend through data-informed insights and continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career digital marketing professional looking to expand their expertise in paid media, analytics, and ecommerce marketing. Responsibilities: * Support the day-to-day management and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, including Performance Max, Search, Shopping, Display, and YouTube. * Assist in implementing and maintaining bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign measurement frameworks to drive performance. * Help optimize product feeds within Google Merchant Center, including product titles, images, attributes, and categorization. * Monitor campaign and website performance using Google Analytics (GA4) and other reporting tools, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement. * Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, audience segmentation, and negative keyword management to improve campaign effectiveness. * Collaborate with SEO and web teams to ensure alignment between paid advertising initiatives and landing page experiences, supporting conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts. * Leverage competitive pricing and market insights to support campaign strategy and optimization decisions. * Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility, traffic, customer acquisition, and overall digital performance. * Develop and maintain performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders. * Stay informed on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to support continuous improvement. * Contribute to team projects and other initiatives that support departmental and organizational objectives. Qualifications: * Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. * 1-2 years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, or a similar role. * Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4). * Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign optimization. * Familiarity with Google Merchant Center is an asset. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. * Experience using AI tools to improve productivity is an asset. * Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. *English is required to regularly communicate with partners, vendors, clients, and colleagues across Canada.
