Manage supply continuity, capacity planning, and yield ramps for advanced packaging and multi-die products. Requires 7+ years of experience in semiconductor supply chain or manufacturing and a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Engineering. Candidates must have a strong understanding of OSAT workflows and experience with Taiwan-based partners.
