As a PEY/Intern, you’ll work hands-on with real hardware—designing, testing, and improving the physical systems that power our chips. You’ll be part of a team that values curiosity, precision, and creative problem-solving. This role is onsite, based in Toronto, ON. Who You Are Enrolled in a Mechanical Engineering or related program (PEY/internship term). Comfortable using MCAD tools and standard mechanical lab equipment. Organized, hands-on, and ready to learn fast in a lab environment. Communicates clearly and pays attention to the details that matter. What We Need School experience with MCAD software. School experience using standard mechanical lab equipment. Exposure to thermal or fluid modeling software is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organization skills. What You Will Learn How mechanical design integrates into real-world AI hardware systems. Testing techniques for thermal, acoustic, and structural performance. Collaboration across electrical, mechanical, and validation teams.
