Title: Technology Architect Job Type: Contract: Senior – Sept 21, 2026 Province: Ontario City: Remote - Ottawa Contact: [email protected] ___________________________________________________________________________________ Description: Designs, develops, and maintains applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents). Developing new workflows and integrates business processes using Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse. Harnessing API and web interfaces to connect with other software services, such as SAP and NEO. Develops custom connectors, PowerFx formulas, and occasionally custom components (PCFs). Refactoring and modernizing code to align with current architectural and security standards. Writing and optimizing Dataverse (Common Data Service) – schema design, entity relationships, and data management. Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and refine requirements. Ensuring application security, performance, and accessibility compliance. Requirements: The next phase of an automated workflow for automating the entire travel request system New automation processes being introduced by the client (in addition to the travel request system), such as: Product Needs collection process Auditor Needs collection process Conflict of Interest declaration process Updated documentation of approach and implementation of power platform workflows based on the new phase. Updated technical documentation for all developed features. Regular progress reports and participation in sprint planning/reviews. Final knowledge transfer session and updated documentation at contract end.
