Wireman / Panel Builder Location: Mississauga, ON Job Type: Contract (with potential for extension and permanent hire) Pay Rate: Starting at $28/hr+ (negotiable based on experience) Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Our client is seeking an experienced Wireman / Panel Builder to join their team specializing in the assembly of custom industrial control panels. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong panel wiring experience who enjoys working from electrical schematics and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Responsibilities: 10+ years of experience assembling and wiring custom electrical control panels based on electrical drawings and schematics. Mount and install electrical components including PLCs, relays, circuit breakers, terminal blocks, switches, and other control devices. Perform point-to-point wiring, cable routing, and wire termination. Inspect, test, and troubleshoot completed control panels to ensure proper operation and quality standards. Qualifications: Previous experience building and wiring custom electrical control panels. Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings. Experience with point-to-point wiring, wire termination, and component installation. Excellent attention to detail with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This job is for a recruitment campaign.
