What To Expect As a Vehicle Detailer at Tesla, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer delivery experience. Your responsibilities will include vehicle preparation, vehicle inspections, effective lot management, and active collaboration with your team to enhance pre-delivery processes. You will ensure that every customer vehicle is meticulously prepared and ready for delivery. What You'll Do Clean vehicles in compliance with Tesla’s standards before delivery Operate equipment such as buffers, hoses, vacuums, etc. to perform detailed cleaning Manage vehicle arrivals, inventory across multiple locations, and safely move and charge vehicles as part of the pre-delivery process Coordinate with both internal and third-party logistics providers Conduct transportation and pre-delivery inspections Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional quality Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support business operations What You'll Bring Valid driver's license required Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds Strong work ethic with a proven record of reliability and commitment Proactive team player with the ability to foster collaborative relationships Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed performance goals
