Position: Electronic Trading Support Analyst Duties & Responsibilities: · Provide trading-related technical and analytical support to global multi-asset clients · Develop an understanding and thereafter guide clients about working of trading algorithms and transaction cost analysis · Monitor and support the production trading environment · Liaise with Application Developers to find resolutions for reported software problems and to ensure that change requests are managed effectively · Implement, test, and certify FIX connections between clients and vendors · Install and configure software platform to client specifications · Manage and implement roll-outs and upgrades of our advanced financial trading system · Provide the highest level of customer satisfaction Experience & Skills: · 3-7 years experience in day-to-day Electronic Trade Support in Equities & various asset classes required. · Familiarity with FIX and algorithmic trading is highly desirable, but not required. · University graduate with solid grades and a STEM or Finance. · Good computing skills. Programing skills and SQL will be a plus. · Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills. · A highly organized and systematic approach to learning and work. This consultant position requires candidates with exceptional technical, analytical and communication skills and provides ample opportunity for growth. Must be interested in working on cutting-edge technologies and do well in a collaborative environment. A Bachelors' / Masters degree in a scientific major is preferred. The selected candidate will become a member of a diverse and talented team and will work closely with management. Location: The position is hybrid/remote and offers an attractive compensation with ample opportunities for growth and learning. This consultant position is working 5 days from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST. Note: the first 3 months will require training in EST Hours. Compensation: The salary range for this consulting position is annualized to range between $80,000 - $100,000 CAD. The salary range provided reflects the salary range for this position as required by legislation.

Requirements
Candidates need 3–7 years of day-to-day electronic trade support experience in equities and other asset classes, along with strong computing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A university degree in a STEM, scientific, or finance field is sought; familiarity with FIX and algorithmic trading is desirable, while programming and SQL are additional advantages.
