Position Description Currently, Tetranex is seeking a full-time Senior Multi-Discipline Project Engineer/Manager. Responsibilities Develop and coordinate project deliverables including cost estimates, design basis memorandums, execution plans. Responsible for project administration and controls, including estimating, scheduling, manpower loading, and coordination of procurement. Develop and maintain project schedules by monitoring progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems. Includes discipline coordination, identification of key deliverable milestones, and ensuring project execution aligns with planned timelines. Manage project cost and budget control, including change management processes. Prepare project status reports for clients by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Track performance and analyze deliverables against requirements to identify areas of improvement. Facilitate regular technical and client meetings and interface with stakeholders to interpret needs and communicate updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress. Responsible for coordination with internal project managers to manage engineering disciplines. Coordinate with multidiscipline teams to develop Engineering and Construction Work Packages. Manage deliverable dates and oversee construction support activities, ensuring compliance with project scope and timelines. Establish and oversee project procurement requirements, working closely with the procurement department to develop procurement plans, reports, and schedules. Handle issue resolution and manage vendor performance. Coordinate technical teams and deliverables within an integrated project team structure. Communicate technical requirements and delegate tasks accordingly to ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality. When working on multidisciplinary projects, coordinate the delivery of scopes of work (SOW) that may be complex but within technical competency. Review spend profiles and identify resource needs to meet project objectives. Prepare and monitor resource loading and coordinate with corporate functions to ensure appropriate staffing. Utilize technical resources efficiently across project phases. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, QA/QC policies, and technical specifications across all project stages. Supervise and mentor junior staff and teams, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards. Perform other responsibilities as required to support successful project delivery. Requirements Engineering Degree or diploma from an accredited University or Technical Institute. Minimum of 12 years of relevant industry experience. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong understanding of project execution and life cycle within the EPCM realm. Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle with ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget and timeline. Proven experience working independently to organize, plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously including providing daily field support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management, clients, and vendors. Ability to read/interpret engineering drawings and documents. Commitment to exceeding customers’ expectations. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Self-motivated and capable of working in a project team environment.
