Our Team, Your Impact Job Title: Senior Product Manager Location: Toronto or Montreal Reporting to the Senior Director, Generic Portfolio Management and Marketing, the Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of our product portfolios. This key role includes managing existing products, overseeing lifecycle events, launching new products, and evaluating opportunities for portfolio expansion. How You’ll Spend Your Day Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the specialty and oncology portfolio, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from portfolio selection to product launch, commercialization, and eventual discontinuation. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions. Develop and manage marketing materials and promotional campaigns. Monitor product performance using pre-established KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results. Act as the product expert, presenting initiatives and engaging the sales team. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to all stakeholders, from technical teams to senior leadership. Collaborate with Supply Chain to minimize the impact of disruptions. Perform any other duties as required by business needs. Your Skills And Experience University degree in science, marketing, or a related field (MBA or MSc is an asset). Minimum of 10 years of product management experience in the pharmaceutical sector, with demonstrated expertise in oncology or specialty products. Experience in a generic pharmaceutical environment is an asset. Knowledge of patient support programs. Collaborative leadership and strong strategic thinking skills. Deep understanding of the Canadian generic pharmaceutical landscape, including market dynamics, competitors, and industry trends. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical portfolio management practices related to the Canadian environment (regulatory, compliance, etc.). Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bilingualism (FR/EN) will be considered an asset. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Knowledge of IQVIA data and its various datasets. Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Ability and willingness to learn new processes, software, and systems. Strong work ethic and positive attitude. High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
