Work location: Texas Health Alliance: 10864 Texas Health Trail Fort Worth, Texas 76244 Work hours: Full Time (36 Hour); Day Shift 3-12’s, 7:00am – 7:00pm, Call Required Department Highlights: • Team based environment • Workplace culture 2nd to none • Great benefits/ 401k / PTO Here’s What You Need Qualifications • Nursing Diploma Nursing required OR • Associate's Degree Nursing required OR • Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred • 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse or completion of an RN residency program required • Previous Operating Room experience strongly preferred • RN - Registered Nurse upon hire required AND • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required AND • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support 90 days required What You Will Do • Basic Human Needs – Responds to other’s priorities regarding safety, physical, psychological, and social needs. • Human Respect – Honors worth of human through unconditional acceptance. • Appreciation of Unique Meanings – Concerned with understanding others frame of reference. • Affiliation Needs – Engages family/caregivers in health care situations. • Mutual Problem Solving – Professional behaviors that help patients and families understand how to learn about their health and illness; involves a reciprocal, shared approach with resulting decisions acceptable to involved patients. • Attentive Reassurance – Listens and concentrates on other. Requirements

Candidates must hold a nursing diploma or associate degree in nursing, with a bachelor's degree preferred. At least one year of RN experience or completion of an RN residency is required, along with active RN, BCLS, and ACLS certifications.
