We look forward to getting to know you and sharing more about our values and local benefits. · Ability to meet all assigned individual performance KPIs and measures that are associated with this role · Responsible for achieving manufacturing process quality targets during launch and serial production · Responsible to stop processes and escalate in all cases of non-conformities to quality (STOP-AT-DEFECT) · Drive and implement continuous improvement activities affecting process quality by working hand in hand with other departments · Create and maintain plant related quality documentation in the internal Quality document management system · Responsible for alerting management for all items affecting product quality/functionality that are not meeting the requirements · Point of contact for customer for the assigned lines / programs · Ability to travel to customer location as needed · Provide quick response to customer/ QRE working at customer location for any clarification, sorting information and other support as needed · Ensure knowledge and understanding on all customer specific requirements · Ensure knowledge about risk management and product safety · Ability to lead (8D) problem solving methods for any internal/ External quality concerns including warranty issues · Responsible for reviewing customer score card on daily basis and escalate and follow up for concerns or po2int reductions and warranty issues · Ability to track and complete all PPAP required documentation and data to customer on time · Support project-related documents (e.g. P-FMEA, process flow chart) · Perform internal Audits and complete all assigned action plan on time · Support Quality Manager on external and customer audits · Responsible for ongoing line conformity for all inspection requirements as per control plan · Ability to work with digitalized format for multiple quality process · Ability to proficiently completed task given on Excel, Power point, Word and open to learn other Microsoft applications as needed · Ability to perform SPC analysis and support on Gage RR using Minitab · Master or Bachelor in Engineering or comparable education · First experience in automotive project management · Knowledge in quality tools/ valid quality standards § Knowledge in customer specific quality requirements · Knowledge of Kautex manufacturing processes · Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus · Strong local and English language skills are required · Business Insights · Drives results § Manages ambiguity · Interpersonal savvy · Values Differences · Develops Talent · Drives Vision · Purpose
