We are hiring due to an upcoming retirement. As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will be a key member of our Infrastructure team. Your mission will be to ensure the performance, stability, and security of our IT environments while contributing to their modernization across Microsoft technologies, cloud platforms, virtualization, security, and networking. You will play an active role in strategic initiatives, advanced incident resolution, technology procurement, and the continuous optimization of our infrastructure. Responsibilities Administer and optimize Microsoft environments, including Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure Deploy, configure, and maintain servers, applications, and systems Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues Strengthen security through access management, monitoring, patching, and compliance initiatives Participate in infrastructure transformation projects involving cloud technologies, virtualization, and IT modernization Serve as a trusted advisor to the IT team by providing technical expertise and recommending hardware and software improvements Create and maintain technical documentation, standardize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives Requirements Post-secondary diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5 or more years of experience administering servers and applications in a corporate environment Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Intune Strong expertise in server and operating system administration, including Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Group Policy (GPO) Solid cloud experience, preferably with Microsoft Azure Working knowledge of networking concepts and technologies (LAN/WAN/VPN) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities About TFI International A Canadian company operating a network of nearly 100 transportation and logistics businesses Multiple company acquisitions each year Approximately $10 billion in annual revenue Canada's largest transportation and logistics company Limited bureaucracy with the agility and pace of a small to mid-sized business What's In It For You?
