You lead from the front, setting the tone on the floor, building a strong and motivated team, and consistently delivering results. From managing day-to-day operations to shaping the in-store experience, you ensure the store runs efficiently while creating a welcoming, on-brand environment that keeps customers engaged and coming back. You balance business goals with people-focused leadership, developing your team, and creating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. What You'll Be Doing Drive sales and exceed targets by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a seamless customer experience across all channels Coach, train, and develop your team to keep performance strong and consistent Ensure all policies and procedures are followed, including loss prevention, payments, discounts, returns, and exchanges Manage team scheduling to keep the store running efficiently Maintain high standards for visual merchandising and store presentation Support daily operations, including stocking, replenishment, and back-of-house tasks Build an engaged, inclusive team culture where everyone feels supported and motivated What Sets You Apart High school diploma or equivalent 2+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service Deep interest in fashion Natural leader with a growth mindset Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people Available for day, night, and weekend shifts Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.
