Banff Lake Louise Tourism (BLLT) is seeking casual, part-time Event Staff to help bring iconic winter events to life, including In Search of Christmas Spirit and the SnowDays Festival. This casual position offers a flexible work schedule, which can be complimentary to other winter employment, with shifts available primarily during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and event periods throughout the winter season. Hours typically range from 12 to 30 hours per week based on operational and event needs, and candidates must be available to work a minimum of two shifts per week throughout the winter season. Seasonal employment agreements can range from late October - early March, dependent on your availability. * Christmas event: November 12, 2026 - January 3, 2027 * SnowDays festival period: January 21 - February 7, 2027 Please refer to the attached job description for a complete list of key accountabilities.
