Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist both internal and external customers with outstanding customer service Generate reports and identify discrepancies in data Create service work orders Prepare operating reports and provide administrative support for various departments including Distribution Centre management Assist in the training of new associates Data entry and general office duties Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment Punctuality and dependability is a must Team player with a positive attitude Attention to detail Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required Why The Brick?
