What We Offer Consistent work opportunities Bi-weekly payments No need to market your services or hunt for jobs Ongoing residential renovation and restoration projects Responsibilities Install laminate, vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, hardwood, and tile flooring Complete floor preparation, leveling, and minor subfloor repairs as required Install transitions, baseboards, and finishing trims Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Report project progress, deficiencies, or site concerns Requirements Must operate as an Independent Contractor (not an employee) Valid Business Registration Valid GST/HST Number (Ontario) or GST/QST Registration (Quebec) Current Commercial General Liability Insurance Reliable transportation Own tools and equipment required for flooring installation Experience with residential flooring installation preferred Quebec Contractors Must Also Provide: Valid NEQ (Numéro d'entreprise du Québec) Current CNESST registration and proof of compliance, where applicable Proof of CNESST coverage or exemption, as applicable Certificate of Insurance confirming coverage in Quebec Ontario Contractors Must Also Provide: Current WSIB Clearance Certificate, where applicable Compensation Competitive contract rates Bi-weekly payment schedule Ongoing work available for qualified Independent Contractors This opportunity is for Independent Contractors only and is not an employment position.
