Temporary Full Time - We are looking for a Claims Processor to join our team in our London Office on a 8-month contract. As an important part of the CanOps Individual Claims Team, you will be primarily responsible for timely clerical and administrative support for the Life Claims Department. What you’ll do Review and set-up new claims for Life Claim Analysts for Life Insurance Products working with FM, Pallm, IB15, Ingenium 5.4 and Ingenium 7.7 systems Correctly and accurately adding new claim details to the Death Claims Index, JIRA, and OnBase to support the Claims digital workflow Ordering client files from the RAM Centre, File Trail Sorting, reviewing, and matching electronic, post office, servicing offices and courier mail/requirements to digital claim files Monitor and manage multiple Claims shared email mailboxes Re-route mail/documents received to appropriate areas within the company Liaise with other business departments to share client information with close attention to privacy Preparing documents for scanning into ONBase and indexing What you’ll bring Knowledge of FM, Pallm, IB15, Ingenium 5.4 and Ingenium 7.7 would be an asset Knowledge of Outlook, JIRA, OnBase, File Trail would be an asset Proven organization and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple changing priorities, and fluctuating work volumes to achieve time sensitive deadlines Focus on quality and attention to detail Self-motivated and ability to learn quickly Effective communication skills to work within a team Excellent team player with the ability to work independently - The base salary for this position is between $36,900 - $49,800 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
