Job summary
Temporary Full Time - We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives in Wealth and Insurance Product Marketing. This role will work closely with Marketing Managers, Associate Marketing Managers and cross-functional partners to help bring campaigns and programs to life, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brand and to a high standard. This role is ideal for an early‑career marketer who’s highly organized, detail‑oriented and eager to build hands‑on experience across a broad range of marketing activities. Who you are Highly organized, reliable and comfortable managing multiple priorities A strong communicator, both written and verbal Detail‑oriented, with a focus on accuracy and follow‑through Collaborative and positive, with a willing to help mindset Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities What you will bring Coordinate marketing execution Support the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives across channels Coordinate the development, review and distribution of marketing materials Gather inputs, track approvals and ensure timelines are met Maintain marketing calendars, plans and status documentation Support project and process management Assist with project tracking using tools such as Workfront, SharePoint or similar platforms Update status reports, track deliverables and flag risks or delays Enable strong collaboration Coordinate meetings, materials and follow‑ups to keep work moving forward Act as a point of contact for day‑to‑day marketing coordination needs Content support Assist with drafting, reviewing and updating marketing copy and content Ensure materials align with brand guidelines, voice and plain language principles Support website updates, email deployments and content publishing Reporting and optimization Support basic reporting and performance tracking for campaigns and tactics Compile data, reports and insights for review by marketing leads Help identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows and consistency What you will bring 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or a related role (internship or co‑op experience considered) Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field Comfort working with Microsoft 365 and marketing/project management tools Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a regulated or structured environment Given the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto and Winnipeg. This is a hybrid position with 3 office days per week.- The base salary for this position is between $51,400 - 85,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
