At The Circadian Group, we are a local developer-builder rooted right here in Metro Vancouver. Since 1992, we have transformed visions into reality: from acquisitions to building homes, commercial space and industrial projects, and eventually handing over ownership and managing assets. In fact, we have built over 450 homes and +250,000 sq.ft. of commercial/industrial space—and there’s plenty more ahead. We are a family-owned company with deep ties to the community.
