Responsibilities Your Role: Review the subscription agreements Follow up with investors on missing documentation Maintain all electronic and physical investor records Maintain bank accounts for funds assigned Prepare and review daily and weekly performance releases Produce investor statements and correspondence Assist with the appropriate handling of Fund Manager and investor calls and emails Assist with various projects as assigned Qualifications About You: You have a post-secondary education Ideally have 1-3 years’ experience in Client Services Possess excellent MS Office suite skills; strong Excel skills Knowledge of hedge or mutual fund industry and concepts an advantage Experience in Investor Relations, as it relates to a transfer agency environment is preferred Salary Range: CAD $50,000 - CAD $60,000 This posting is for an existing vacancy Our Benefits Your well-being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
