Responsibilities Your Role: You will be responsible for the front reception desk. Main duties include receiving staff and guests, answering phone calls, catering and general administration. You will meet and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner as they arrive into the reception area. You will answer the main phone line on Avaya system, redirecting calls and handling general inquiries with tact and diligence. You will redirect deliveries to the appropriate receiving locations. You will administer and distribute security cards. You will prepare and receive visitors including employees from other Citco office, new hires, interviewees, clients, and vendors. You will book and manage meeting rooms. You will complete various reports and lists as required. You will order and confirm all catering requirements for events including monthly breakfast, monthly birthday celebrations, client visitations, etc. You will follow all documented policies and procedures such as Reception procedures. You will perform other tasks as required. Qualifications About You: You have a minimum of two years reception/office administration experience in a professional environment. You have excellent command of the English language (written and oral communication). You have excellent Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite and Outlook skills. You have strong attention to detail. You have the ability to multi-task and take on multiple projects. You have strong organizational and interpersonal skills. You must be able to complete tasks in a quick, accurate and precise manner. You have a customer service oriented attitude. You have a University degree (an asset). Ability to work on-site Five (5) days Monday - Friday on a weekly basis.
