About the Role We are seeking a California-licensed physician to serve as the Friendly PC Owner for our affiliated professional medical corporation. This is a low time-commitment, administrative role focused on maintaining required physician ownership for compliance with California regulations. It does not involve day-to-day operations or active clinical responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Corporate Role Serve as the legal physician owner of the Professional Corporation (PC) Maintain an active California medical license in good standing Administrative Support Review and sign standard corporate or compliance documents as needed Be available for occasional communication related to corporate requirements Coordination Maintain general alignment with the Management Services Organization (The Doctor Health Center, Inc.) for structural compliance Qualifications Active California MD or DO license (required) License in good standing Reliable and responsive for occasional administrative needs Time Commitment Very minimal (estimated 1–2 hours per month) Important Note This role is non-operational and does not include involvement in clinical care, staffing, or day-to-day decision-making unless separately agreed upon.
