As the Floor Coordinator you will: * Receive product, product returns, accessories and supplies and prepare outbound shipments. * Prepare product for delivery or floor placement. * Load and unload freight trailers. * Ensure the store floor inventory is at capacity by category and per established goals. * Create and manage transfers of product in and out of store. * Update reports with storage location, available inventory, and open transfer reports. * Hire and oversees the in-store warehouse operations including supervision of warehouse staff. * Assists visual presentation team when in-store on display set-ups. * Prints and maintains floor tags, set up P.O.P. (Point of Purchase). * Maintains cleanliness of store and grounds. * Assists with quarterly inventory counts/reconciliations. * Other duties as required. As a successful candidate you will have the following: * High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent skills and experience is preferred. * One to two years of experience in inventory or warehouse. * High attention to detail. * Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and ability to learn in-house computer programs. * Ability to work during retail hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays). * Be physically fit, able to lift and move objects up to 100 pounds. * Safety footwear is required. * Criminal Record Check is required. * Demonstration of the company's core values. #ca123
