We offer: * Market-competitive salary * Comprehensive benefits plan and excellent employee discounts * Employer-sponsored Retirement Savings Plan * Career growth and continuous development * Respectful and family-oriented work environment with strong company values * The opportunity to work for one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies As the Quality Assurance Analyst, you will: * Collaborate with the Development team to ensure projects are designed and delivered to high-quality standards. * Develop and document test plans, test cases and test scripts to support comprehensive and practical testing. * Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations. * Perform functional, exploratory, regression, acceptance, performance, security and usability testing to identify defects that existing test cases may not uncover. * Identify, track and report software defects, working with cross-functional teams to support timely resolution. * Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to support the delivery of high-quality software. * Partner with Development, Product Management and Customer Support teams to help create a seamless customer experience. As a successful candidate, you will have: * A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. A combination of education and relevant experience will also be considered. * Three or more years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably within a software development environment. * Demonstrated experience with both manual and automated testing. * Experience working within Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Knowledge of test case and defect-management tools such as Azure DevOps, Xray or Jira. * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices. * Experience with regression, acceptance, performance, security and usability testing, with the ability to analyze complex quality issues and develop effective solutions. * Proficiency with Xray or a similar test-management tool, including experience developing test plans and strategies for manual and automated testing. * Strong decision-making, problem-solving, troubleshooting, debugging and analytical skills. * The ability to influence improvements to performance, quality and user experience. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences. * CSQA or ISTQB certification would be considered an asset. * A satisfactory Criminal Record Check may be required.
