Job summary
The Dufresne Group is currently seeking a Repair Manager based in Winnipeg, MB, covering our Winnipeg & Saskatoon region. As Repair Manager you will be responsible for… * Formulating, documenting, and communicating operational plans, standards, and goals as set by the Regional Director of Repair. * The activities, scheduling, and work assignments for the In-Home, Store and In-Shop * Service Technicians, including performance evaluation, training, and counselling. * Liaise with Distribution, Transportation, Service and Repair Planning to determine workload requirements. * Understand, follow and ensure compliance with all safe work practices and rules, including leading the repair team in safety recognition and implementation with respect to all repair department processes and practices.
