Job summary
About The Fertility Partners (TFP) The Fertility Partners is a network of leading fertility clinics across Canada dedicated to helping people build families and transform lives through compassionate, science-driven care. We bring together medical, scientific, and operational excellence to create a trusted, high-performing network that delivers outstanding outcomes for patients and meaningful careers for our teams. ABOUT THE ROLE TFP is growing — and so is our need to attract exceptional talent across our clinics and head office. We're looking for a hands-on, strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to head our recruiting function and lead a team of two Talent Acquisition Partners. This is a player-coach role. You will carry your own requisition load while managing, developing, and supporting two busy TA Partners who are running full-cycle searches across the network day-to-day. You set the standard, remove the obstacles, and make the team better — without stepping back from the work yourself. Beyond leading the team, you'll play a pivotal role in elevating how TFP attracts, assesses, and hires great people — from Embryologists and Nurses to Physicians and Corporate professionals. As network-wide Talent Acquisition is still maturing, you'll spend meaningful time building the processes, tools, and infrastructure that make the function scalable and consistent across all clinics and head office. You'll partner closely with clinic leaders, functional heads, and the broader People team to fill critical roles while creating the foundation of a high-performing, network-wide recruitment strategy. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES TEAM LEADERSHIP * Lead, manage, and develop two Talent Acquisition Partners who own day-to-day full-cycle recruiting across the network. * Set clear priorities, provide regular coaching, and maintain high standards of candidate experience and hiring manager partnership across the team. * Act as the escalation point for complex searches, difficult hiring manager relationships, and offer negotiations. * Create visibility into team capacity and workload — and actively work to remove blockers so your team can move fast and hire well. BUILD THE TALENT ACQUISITION FUNCTION * Carry your own requisition load across clinic and corporate roles, from intake through to offer. * Source, attract, and engage top talent through direct outreach, referrals, job boards, and professional networks. * Partner with hiring leaders to define role profiles, interview strategies, and selection criteria. * Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects TFP's mission and culture of compassion and professionalism. ABOUT YOU * 5–8 years of recruiting experience, ideally spanning both corporate and healthcare environments. * Experience leading or mentoring other recruiters — you know what it takes to make a small team perform at a high level. * Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting independently, from sourcing to offer. * Experience building or optimizing recruiting processes, systems, or teams. * Skilled at sourcing passive candidates and engaging them authentically. * Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with leaders, candidates, and direct reports alike. * Passionate about creating structure, improving speed, and elevating quality in how we hire. MEASURES OF SUCCESS * Faster time-to-fill and improved quality-of-hire across TFP's clinics and corporate functions. * A high-performing TA team that operates with clarity, consistency, and a strong candidate experience standard. * Consistent, transparent recruiting process and interview standards network-wide. * Improved hiring manager satisfaction and reduced reliance on external agencies. * Visibility into team and network-wide recruiting metrics through data dashboards. * Strengthened TFP employer brand presence in the Canadian healthcare talent market. WHY JOIN TFP You’ll have the opportunity to shape how talent joins Canada’s leading fertility network — building the systems, relationships, and experiences that connect exceptional people to meaningful work. If you thrive on collaboration, innovation, and making an impact that’s felt across both clinics and corporate teams, this is your opportunity to leave a lasting mark on how The Fertility Partners grows.
