Job summary

Role Description The Real Estate Data Analyst is a part-time, remote role focused on supporting real estate education and investment-related content at The Industrial Academy (New Page). Day-to-day responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing real estate market data, financial information, and investment performance metrics. The role involves conducting due diligence on properties and portfolios, preparing valuation summaries and real estate appraisal insights, and creating clear reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and learners. The analyst collaborates with instructors and course coordinators to provide accurate data-driven case studies, supports the development of course materials with relevant market analyses, and contributes to improving decision-making tools and resources for the academy’s programs. Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including data collection, interpretation, and presentation. Experience in real estate due diligence, including property research and risk assessment. Knowledge of finance and investments, particularly as they relate to real estate markets. Familiarity with real estate appraisal concepts and valuation methodologies. Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; BI tools are a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Strong written communication skills for preparing clear reports and educational materials. Experience with online education platforms or creating instructional content is an advantage.
