Description Job Title:ISR INVESTIGATIVE ELECTRONIC RESOURCE ASSISTANT (JLEO) Location: One opening avail, can be in one of these onsite locations Boston, MA Albany, NY King of Prussia, PA Morristown, NJ FLSA: Exempt- Full Time Job Summary Utilize funds to pay circuit costs for service provider assistance in criminal investigations. Monitor accounts created to facilitate Federal Law Enforcement payments to telecommunications service providers. Review and verify invoices are approved for payment; invoices contains Fugitive Identification Number/Case Number, Case Name, Target Phone Number, and Signature of Region Chief or Senior Inspector. Essential Functions Communicate with Regions to ensure invoices are processed and submitted timely Track invoices submitted for payment from the Regions on an In-House Sharepoint Spreadsheet Submit payment of invoices thru Agency payment systems Ensure circuit charges incurred are legitimate on behalf of State and Local joint law enforcement or Federal investigations Monitor and track Region Circuit Cost Budget Assist the Agency by recording warrant detail and Fugitive Identification Number (FID) into Capture, and record the related circuit costs invoice in the Capture module. Record requests in an Excel-Based Circuit Costs Tracker and indicate whether it is classified as 'State or Local' or 'Federal' investigation Facilitate Agency payments to telecommunications vendors for circuit costs without attributing those services directly to the Agency to mitigate the potential compromise of sensitive law enforcement surveillance techniques Other duties as assigned Desired experience using Capture system Knowledge of investigations and arrests of persons who have active State and/or Federal Warrants Position Requirements Knowledge Skills And Experience Experience/understanding of basic accounting Excel, Sharepoint familiarity Must be able to obtain and retain a Secret Clearance Preferred Qualifications Prior law enforcement Advanced ability with excel, adobe, sharepoint About The Organization Who We Are Intellekt is a team of dedicated professionals committed to our personal and professional goals, serving our clients and their important missions, and promoting the safety and security of U.S. interests at home and abroad. Requirements
Candidates need an understanding of basic accounting and familiarity with Excel and SharePoint, and must be able to obtain and retain a Secret clearance. Experience with Capture and knowledge of investigations involving active state or federal warrants are desired; prior law enforcement and advanced Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint skills are preferred.
