A Day in the Life As a Volvo Product Advisor, you’ll help customers throughout the entire vehicle purchasing process. You’ll get to know what they’re looking for, introduce them to the Volvo lineup, and help them find the right vehicle for their lifestyle and needs. Your responsibilities will include: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-store and through phone and online inquiries. Build relationships with customers and understand their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget. Present Volvo vehicles and highlight their features, design, technology, safety, and performance. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Explain pricing, financing options, and other available products. Work with the Sales Manager to structure deals and complete transactions. Keep up with customer follow-up using our CRM system and maintain accurate customer information. Coordinate vehicle deliveries and make sure customers have a smooth and enjoyable delivery experience. Stay up to date on Volvo products, features, technology, and new model releases. Work as part of the Sales team to achieve dealership goals and maintain a positive work environment. The right person for this role understands that luxury automotive sales is about more than selling a vehicle. It’s about listening to customers, earning their trust, paying attention to the details, and making the entire experience enjoyable. What We’re Looking For Previous sales experience is preferred; automotive or luxury retail experience is an asset. A genuine interest in vehicles and the luxury automotive industry. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. High school diploma or equivalent. Eligible to obtain a VSA licence. Available to work evenings and weekends as required. The position averages 40 hours per week. Strong work ethic and motivation to succeed. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple customers and follow-ups. Professional appearance and attitude. A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
