The Law Foundation of British Columbia invests in work that empowers people and strengthens communities through funding, collaborative relationships and shared learning. Our vision is of a future where systems of law and justice support all people to live and thrive in dignity. The Law Foundation is an independent non-profit grant-making foundation established in 1969 under the Legal Profession Act. The Foundation's mandate is to fund work related to legal aid, legal research, law reform, legal education, and law libraries.
