I’m working with a growing commercial glazing and building envelope business that is looking to add a Pre-Construction Manager to its leadership team. This is not a coordination role. They’re looking for someone who can genuinely take ownership of the pre-construction function and make a measurable impact on how the business wins and delivers work. Ideally, you’ll come from commercial glazing, curtain wall, building envelope, façade or specialty subcontracting, with a strong understanding of technical estimating and pre-construction. Most importantly, you’ll be commercially minded, decisive, proactive and comfortable leading people. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build structure, improve a department and have genuine influence on the business.

Requirements
