Job summary

Position Overview Reporting to a Project Manager, the Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of commercial glazing and curtain wall projects from award through closeout. Working closely with project managers, engineering, drafting, procurement, production, logistics, installation teams, consultants, and clients, you'll help ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and delivered to our high standards. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in project management within the commercial glazing and building envelope industry. Key Responsibilities Support Project Managers with the day-to-day coordination of multiple commercial glazing projects. Assist with project setup, scheduling, documentation, and contract administration. Coordinate RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and closeout documentation. Monitor project schedules and help track key milestones and deliverables. Liaise with engineering, drafting, estimating, production, procurement, logistics, and field installation teams. Coordinate material releases and monitor fabrication and delivery schedules. Assist with procurement of project materials and subcontractors. Attend internal and external project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items. Track project budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and cost reporting. Communicate regularly with clients, consultants, architects, and general contractors. Assist with project forecasting and progress reporting. Support project closeout, deficiencies, warranty items, and turnover documentation. Maintain accurate project files within company management systems. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline. 2–5 years of project coordination experience within commercial construction, glazing, curtain wall, façade, or building envelope projects. Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience using Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, AutoCAD, or ERP/project management software is considered an asset. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Preferred Experience Commercial glazing or curtain wall industry experience. Exposure to fabrication or manufacturing environments. Experience coordinating projects through design, fabrication, and installation. Knowledge of construction contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement processes Why Join Us?
