Background & Purpose of the Job The Maintenance Mechanic (Electrician/Millwright) will be responsible for providing service to production, and all other functional areas at the manufacturing site. This position requires the individual to complete repair and maintenance of production related equipment and systems. The Maintenance Mechanic shall be professionally competent and qualified to operate safely. The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on production machinery and equipment. They must maintain accurate logs and communicate effectively with supervisors and equipment operators to ensure operational efficiency.

Candidates must hold a valid Ontario Electrician (309A or 442A) or Millwright (433A) ticket and possess post-secondary education. Proven mechanical aptitude and experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLC diagnostics are required for this role.
