Minimum Qualifications Working towards undergraduate degree or diploma Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, SharePoint, MS Outlook Day in the Life A typical day in this role is all about keeping the office running smoothly while supporting employees, clients, and various teams across the business. You may start your day providing reception support by answering phone calls, greeting customers and employees, and managing incoming and outgoing mail. Throughout the day, you could assist the Purchasing team with stock room organization, inventory. You will also provide administrative support by printing and posting announcements, assisting Accounts Payable with cheque runs, supporting internal requests, and helping with other daily office needs. No two days are the same! You may lend an extra set of hands at employee events, help coordinate catering for large meetings, maintain coffee bars and kitchen supplies, or ensure the boardroom is organized and ready for important meetings.
