Journeyperson Scaffolder Where will you work: Onsite –Colonsay, Saskatchewan, Canada (Colonsay is located approximately 42 miles from City of Saskatoon, with an average driving time of about 45 minutes) Hourly: - $63.42, As per CBA As a Journeyperson Scaffolder at our Colonsay, SK location, you will safely and efficiently install, inspect, maintain, modify and dismantle scaffold structures to support maintenance and operational activities. The successful candidate will contribute to a safe, reliable, and productive work environment while working in surface and underground operations. What you’ll do? Reporting To The Maintenance Supervisor, You Will Work safely in an industrial surface and/or underground environment while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Install, inspect, repair, modify, and dismantle scaffold structures to support maintenance and operational requirements. Receive and carry out scheduled and emergency work assignments, including scaffold construction, maintenance, and inspections. Interpret drawings, sketches, blueprints, and work instructions to accurately construct scaffold systems. Ensure scaffolding complies with applicable legislative requirements, industry standards, and site-specific procedures. Conduct inspections of scaffold structures and promptly report deficiencies, hazards, or required corrective actions. Prepare scaffold layouts and measurements in accordance with design specifications and applicable building codes. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe conditions. Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and contractors regarding work progress, safety concerns, and maintenance requirements. Utilize basic computer systems to complete documentation, inspections, reports, and work records. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal safety and actively contribute to the safety of coworkers and contractors. Perform work in various environments including the field, shop, and underground operations. Support operational requirements that may include shift work, overtime, and weekend work. What You’ll Need A recognized, valid certification from the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC). Previous experience in an industrial environment using Maximo and or SAP maintenance programs. Employment is subject to successfully completing Mosaic's pre-employment checks including criminal, drug and alcohol testing. Requirements

Must hold a valid certification from the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission (SATCC) and be authorized to work in Canada. Experience with Maximo or SAP maintenance programs and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks is required.
