Job summary

The Facilities team is seeking Student Arena Aide's for the upcoming season! Are you a student looking for an engaging and dynamic job opportunity? Responsibilities: * Perform ongoing light maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, attractive and operational facility * Assist Facility Operators on ice with moving nets and installing goal posts as needed * Act as the on-ice attendant for public skates * Provide support with the set up and take down for hall bookings The successful candidate should have: * A positive attitude and a keen interest to learn new skills * The ability to work well independently and on a team * The capability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, skating and standing for extended periods. Applicants must be at least 15 years of age. Scheduled hours will be 10 hours per week and include evening and weekend shifts from September 2026 – April 2027. The salary range for this position is $18.43 - $23.05 per hour, with the option to participate in the OMERS pension plan. Applications are being accepted until August 24, 2025.
