Position: Program Coordinator Location: Various Locations Job Summary: Program coordinator supports the Admin Team by performing administrative duties related to planning, directing and coordinating activities of the Al-Huda School. In order to excel in the job, a program coordinator must: Duties and Responsibilities: The job duties of the Program Coordinator includes, but is not limited, to the following: Administrative Schedule, providing agenda and minutes, developing reports relevant to the activities, and implementation of policies and programs Create initiatives to engage students, parents and to support staff Help teaching staff prepare & plan teaching activities Prepares educational material and documents for the school Give orientation of the program or activity to the teaching staff Coordinates, prepares and distributes activities and schedules with the office administrative staff Maintains a systemic file system with a program record Manages a computerized data system in excel Coordinate the development of program policies and procedures where applicable; Coordinate on-going teacher evaluations Organize and chair staff team meetings Assist in the management of fiscal operations including budget development, modifications. Track expenditures. Continually monitor the program's financial health and make recommendations to the Director Assist with the development of public relations and communications strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness Educational Demonstrates awareness of school goals and objectives Utilizes available resources and websites in an efficient way to help enhance the school Networks with other coordinators, institutes and organizations to share information and to gain knowledge that would help improve the school Qualifications: Have good problem solving skills, be resourceful and take the initiative when needed. Have a good understanding and knowledge of the requirements of the MAC Islamic Centre programs as well as the structure and functionality of the MAC institution Be able to work independently and to be organized in their work to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner. Have excellent communication skills and be professional when dealing with all aspects of the program Provide leadership in development and program mapping; The Program Coordinator should be aware of MAC mission and vision and work on strengthening the sisterhood/brotherhood among her staff and manage the school in alignment with MAC objectives.

Requirements
Candidates must possess strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently. A solid understanding of the MAC Islamic Centre programs and institutional structure is required.
