Client Experience Coordinator (On-site) We are currently partnered with a rapidly growing Property Tech company in Calgary, seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to support their front-line team and deliver exceptional experiences for clients. This is a high-impact support role for an organized, resourceful coordinator who thrives behind the scenes to deliver an amazing client experience. Working closely with client-facing team members, you will execute administrative tasks, find tailored solutions for unique client requests, and keep operations running smoothly. What You’ll Do Task Execution and Administrative Support Complete logistics-related tasks assigned by the front-line team with high precision and speed Maintain clear operational records and log confirmations of completed tasks in internal systems Manage incoming phone calls, triaging inquiries, directing callers to the appropriate team members, or taking detailed messages Client Research and Problem Solving Conduct timely research to deliver tailored vendor recommendations and solutions for specific client requests Apply resourcefulness to solve unique challenges for clients Anticipate client needs to proactively clear hurdles before they disrupt the client experience Process and Operational Efficiency Serve as the back-of-house operational engine for client-facing team members to ensure seamless service delivery Partner with the broader customer experience team to identify bottlenecks and refine internal workflows Adapt quickly to changing daily priorities and fluctuating task volumes What You'll Bring 1 to 3 years of relevant administrative or operational support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in client-facing / customer service roles Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in modern office platforms and software tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor Strong organizational habits, high attention to detail, and proven task management skills Self-motivated and capable of managing daily priorities with minimal supervision Strong collaborative instincts and a team-first mindset Bilingualism is an asset This is a great opportunity to join a growing, tech-enabled service business that is redefining the industry, playing a central role in delivering operational excellence and high-touch support to clients.
