Develop and lead a strategy for charitable investments addressing poverty in Winnipeg, including identifying partner organizations and recommending data-informed grants or other financing. Lead the Winnipeg portfolio team, oversee an annual budget and investment portfolio of up to $10 million, and measure outcomes to adapt the strategy and maintain accountability.
