The CFO will lead the overall financial strategy, governance, and institutional-grade infrastructure for The OIM Group and its subsidiaries to prepare the organization for an IPO. This role also provides functional oversight for HR, IT, and Legal departments while serving as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board.
