Position Information Temporary until approximately June 05, 2027. Rotation/Shifts Days, evenings and nights, including weekends, 8 hour shifts. Basic Requirements Baccalaureate of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized university OR an equivalent combination of training and experience as determined by the Ontario College of Pharmacists; Registration as a Pharmacist with the Ontario College of Pharmacists with an unrestricted Part A license; Working knowledge of modern hospital care and drug therapy; In-depth understanding of use, composition and clinical effects of drugs; Ability to supervise/lead/coach/mentor; Experience working with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications; Superior written and verbal communication skills; Excellent teaching skills; Good interpersonal skills; Eligible to work in Canada. Provide specialized pharmaceutical care within the Cardiology, Thoracic Surgery, and Respirology clinical assignments. Responsibilities include managing drug therapy and providing leadership, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
