Job summary
Rotation/Shifts Days, 8 hour shifts. For information purposes only - The Hospital reserves the right to change. Basic Requirements Baccalaureate of Science or Nutrition related discipline from a University of recognized standing; Completed post graduate Dietetic Internship or integrated training recognized by Dietitians of Canada; Member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario; Advanced knowledge of medical terminology; Excellent knowledge of therapeutic nutrition and education techniques; Ability to supervise/lead/coach/mentor; Experience working with word processing, spreadsheet and database applications; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Sound judgement and problem solving skills; Ability to work cooperatively in a multi-disciplinary/inter-professional setting; Must be eligible to work in Canada; Proficiency in English and French oral expression (level 4 - advanced) and comprehension (level 4 - advanced). The Ottawa Hospital uses a 5-level language proficiency scale to define the required level of language skills in English and in French for positions at the Hospital, and to evaluate job candidate language skills. Requirements
