Job Title: Workday Canadian Payroll Lead Location: Remote - Canada Onsite Requirements: Occasional travel to client sites in Quebec required Compensation Range: $110-120/hr C2C Contract Length: 3-months with potential extension Hours: 40 a week Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in Canada. Sponsorship is not available. Overview: As a Workday Payroll Consultant, you’ll work in a team to implement and configure enterprise-scale Workday solutions for a global customer base, typically leading a project workstream. You will build relationships with customers, shaping and delivering solutions that are aligned to customer needs, fit for purpose, and commercially viable. You’ll provide excellent guidance to customers, understanding their business and requirements while supporting junior members of the team and sharing your knowledge with them. Must Have Requirements: Location: Must be based in Canada and able/willing to travel to customer sites in Quebec. Certification: Certification in at least one Workday Payroll country and one additional Workday module. Implementation Experience: At least 5 years of Workday Payroll implementation experience. Lead Experience: At least 3 years leading Workday Payroll implementations from end-to-end (E2E) within the last 4 years. Technical Proficiency: Proven capability to build complex payroll calculations, configure multiple positions, and implement multiple FEINs/legal entities. Canada Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of Workday Payroll and Canadian Payroll regulatory requirements (Tax, Garnishments, Common Pay Master, RRSPs, payroll processing, Unions/CBAs, and payroll accounting). Consulting & Leadership: Proven consulting background leading workshops, presenting complex functionality, managing client expectations, and supporting team members in a remote setup.. #TECH #LI-TO1 #HYBRID

Requirements
