Provide strategic oversight of ReCover’s financial health and sustainability, partnering with the Executive Director and CFO on budgeting, planning, cash flow, reserves, and risk management. Establish and chair the Audit and Finance Committee, oversee reporting, controls, compliance, and the annual audit, and report to the Board on financial governance.
